Barry H. Fentin is a 1961 graduate of Dartmouth College, a 1965 graduate of Boston University Law School, founder of the firm and its senior managing member. He is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts.

Mr. Fentin has many years of experience as an attorney representing thrifts and mortgage lenders. He has developed a wide-ranging expertise both in commercial and residential acquisitions, sales and mortgage transactions.

Mr. Fentin has represented clients in thousands of loan closings involving many multiple loan products, both for institutional client portfolios and the secondary mortgage market
