STEVEN EINIG

Steven Einig is a 1979 graduate of the University of Maryland and a 1982 graduate of the University of Toledo School of Law.

His expertise is in real estate foreclosure related matters. Mr. Einig has supervised thousands of foreclosure matters, including 1-6 family residential homes, cooperative units and condominium units. He has litigated cases involving the rights of banks to sell coop units after foreclosure without board approval, and a bank's priority of lien as against a condominium's lien for unpaid maintenance.

Mr. Einig lectures to real estate groups and default management departments of lenders, conducts continuing legal education seminars respecting foreclosure, and has often been cited on foreclosure matters by The New York Times.
